Hi Friend,

thank you for checking in! I’m Bo.

I’m active in sports since I was 7.

I’ve easily spent 10.000+ hours over the last 33 years studying and practicing different training methods just to discover a few years ago that 80% of what we all were told to do at the gym – is completely unnecessary. (Read the full story HERE)

My podcast is mostly about living strong & healty while enjoying life & and no BS, simple ways to build a solid level of fitness easily.
